The Miserden Estate includes a wide range of residential property which is let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and other agreements. The properties range from substantial farmhouses to small cottages and flats in the villages of Miserden, Winstone and Rendcomb as well as more isolated rural locations.

The Estate places a strong emphasis on the contribution tenants are likely will make to the community and Estate, including the Primary School and Village organisations. The Estate is always keen to develop long term relationships with tenants and does not let on short term agreements preferring instead tenants who are likely to wish to live on the Estate for several years.

Commercial Property

Over the last 10 years the Estate has developed a number of buildings which are now let to commercial tenants, including manufacturers of false teeth, stonemasons, furniture manufacturers, vetinary products, biodiesel and a cattery along with many others.

Farming

The Estate runs an in-hand farming operation which comprises 1,500 acres of arable land and a 650 ewe sheep flock. Some small areas of grazing can be available and if you are interested to receive further information do please contact the Estate Office
