The estate stalker can be available to tenants for certain days each week. He can guide hill walking and take the estate boat, with outboard, for trips on Loch Kishorn. Loch Carron is six miles away and has a grocers shop and butchers. There are several hotels and restaurants nearby.

Included is linen, electricity and logs. Equipment includes television, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, upright freezer, washing machine, spin dryer and pay-phone.
